01 Acceptance
By installing or using Dismissmode, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are issued by Dismissmode Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
02 What Dismissmode does
Dismissmode is a browser extension that removes dark-pattern interface elements (cookie banners, modals, subscribe walls, autoplay video etc.) from web pages. Free and open source under the MIT license.
03 Your responsibilities
Use it lawfully. The MIT license describes what you can do with the source. Don't pretend you wrote it (attribution), don't blame us if it breaks something (warranty), don't use it to evade legitimate paywalls on services you're otherwise subscribed to.
04 Warranty and liability
Provided 'as is' without warranty. Not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
05 Changes
We may update the extension. You may uninstall at any time.
06 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
